The real power of RotaTrack is in a lengthy set-up which we carry out before any
installation takes place. A fully comprehensive version of RotaTrack such as
the Anaesthetics rota costs
from around £12,500 but could be considerably more depending on liason required and distances
involved. (Experience shows that 5 or 6 visits are necessary).
The Radiography version is a simpler set-up and this is relected in the cost.
The Shifts and OnCall rota is similar in price to the Radiography version
The site wide Diary, Leave and manual rostering system would need considerable
research before a quote is given. We would need to know how many cliens and
servers are needed (much of the work could alternatively be done through a
browser which would again be reflected in the price.
Pricing Structure: For General guidance here are approximate prices for UK based organisations:
Fully automated comprehensive sytem (such as Anaesthetics needing a mix of skills, competences, preferences,
training modules, shift and OnCalls:
£12500 upwards (60 staff).
Shifts and OnCalls with semi-automatic rostering through Excel. Available qualified staff are available through drop-down menus: £6500 upwards.
Radiography and other clinical departments or similar in other industries (including diary system): £8000
Site and Trust/Company wide manning, leave and diary planning system:
£3500 (25 staff)
£6500 (50 staff)
£11500 (100 staff)
